This is an average compressed internet version where both Audio and
Video are compromised somewhat ... Clearly not full DVD or even full
internet quality, but quite useful for sharing and e-mailing to friends and
family all over the world!  Higher or lower quality versions are available.

You may also wish to use the Full Screen Viewer -- available on most
PCs by double-clicking the small player window or using the menu
revealed by the right mouse button.  Obviously, the video quality will be
worse when enlarged, but still quite suitable in most cases plus the full
screen viewer has more controls and a time code indicator.
